Bridging CEX and DEX liquidity without choosing sides

The CEX-versus-DEX debate is mostly a false binary. Traders don't care about the venue's architecture; they care about price, depth, and settlement. The right question isn't which model wins — it's how to give takers the best execution across both.
One router, two models
Our exchange stack runs a centralized matching engine and an on-chain AMM behind a single smart order router. A taker hitting the book is quoted against combined depth; the router decides where the fill actually lands. Liquidity stops being a property of a venue and becomes a property of the network.
Trust, where it's needed
Custody and proof-of-reserves on the centralized side, non-custodial settlement on the decentralized side — users opt into the trust model that fits each trade, without leaving the ecosystem to do it.
